1. Please make sure the address is correct and we are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.
2. We fully understand it would be frustrated when the shipment takes longer than expected. As we promised, we will ship out the items within 2-7 day once payment clears, however, the shipping is controlled by the shipping company and we are just as anxious as you are. Low rating on shipping time would be unfair to us. Your understanding is highly appreciated. We hope our customers be happy when they received our items, so please only buy when the shipping time is acceptable for you.

Payment:
1. Simply click the “Pay Now” button at the top of your ended auction to submit a secure payment through checkout.
2. Final purchase price do not cover any applicable tax or duty that might be charged by customs .Buyers are responsible for such charges.

Return:
1. For any personal reasons (choose a wrong size / wrong color / doesn’t fit ), you can simply email us to get the return mailing address and return the item(s) in its original condition. Return shipping charges will be the buyer’s responsibility. We will not accept any items with odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)
2. If items are damaged, we must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt.
3. For other quality issues, please contact customer service in the first instance, we will refund immediately or send a new package once we receive the photo of the item.
4. Item must be returned within 15 days after buyer received it.
