Dresses will be send by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS,China Post etc
Shipping time: 4-10 days by TNT, UPS, FedEx, DHL
Item will be couriered from China to your address. We may fold the gown inside out to protect the beading or lacing.
Before shipment we will do a careful examination, tried to be no problems.But if the you get the goods found problems, please contact with us, we will help you properly addressed.

Q: How long delivery will take?
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Standard delivery 15-25 days
Rush delivery 5-7 days
Note: 1.For rush delivery.If you need the dress less than 7 or 15 days. Please note us the date you need the dress, we will put your order on prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time. 2.For some styles with complicate beading and hand work, it may take few more days for processing.
Q: Can I change the size and color for my dresses after payment?
A: Size and color can be changed within 24 hours after you ordered .
Q: Can I cancel the order after payment?
A: Order can be cancelled within 24 hours after you ordered. Over 24 hours , the order can not be cancelled anymore ,because we already started to make it . thanks for your understanding
