Return shipping charges will be the buyer’s responsibility. We will not accept any items with odours (perfume, smoke, etc.)
2. If items are damaged, we must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt.
3. For other quality issues, please contact customer service in the first instance, we will refund immediately or send a new package once we receive the photo of the item.
4. Item must be returned within 15 days after buyer received it.
